MALEBOX: Parties for in-shape 20-somethings

I often get email asking me questions or for advice in which I think the response might be helpful to more than just the person asking for it. This past weekend I got such an email so I asked the sender if he minded if I answered his email on the blog. “My name is Lito and I am 21 years old. I love your blog and I wish every city had a blog like this. It made my time in NY much more fun and adventurous indeed.

I have only attended 2 parties from the same host  (Chris Hawke) because everything else listed seems to be for older guys. I was wondering if you can give me your personal opinion on other parties that have similar crowd.

I saw that the Final Destination parties seem to be more selective. Have you ever attended one or heard comments?

I only do safe sex and like parties with attractive young men.

It really depends on what you mean by “young men” and  “older guys.” If by older guys you mean anyone beyond guys in their 20s, then I’m afraid your options are limited. The only other party I know about that is exclusively for guys under 30 other than the GBU parties you mentioned is a party called 20:20. Unfortunately I don’t know much about it other than the information the hosts have provided me with. It’s fairly new and seems to occur more or less monthly, but the last email I got from them was back in March and I haven’t actually heard from anyone who has attended. I’m hoping others who read this and have attended 20:20 will drop me a note to let us all know what their experience was. If you are open to attending parties that have *mostly* guys in their 20s but also have some guys in their 30s and 40s as well, then that opens you up to another set of great options to explore and you appear to be in luck, because two of them are happening this week: PRIVATE PARTY and NYJP.

PRIVATE PARTY seems to fit the bill for what you are looking for. It’s one of the safest of the safe sex parties and it’s full of young hot men. Most of the guys at the party are in their 20s, although you will also find in-shape guys in their 30s and 40s as well. Like GBU, they only have parties about once a month and this month’s party is this Wednesday. Unlike GBU, you can’t just show up and expect to get in. You must first schedule a phone interview with the host and then go through an in-person interview in the nude right before the party. So if you would like to attend this Wednesday (and I highly recommend that you do since, if you don’t, you’ll have to wait a month or so for your next chance) you will want to contact the host right away to set up your phone interview. Another party that has mostly guys in their 20s with some in-shape guys in their 30s and 40s is the NYJP (New York Jock Party) which is hosting parties this Monday and Friday nights. This party has a strict door policy, but the guys are similar in quality to those at Chris Hawke’s parties (in fact these hosts often host parties together) so if you have gotten into the GBU parties, then you should have no problem getting into this one. NYJP’s screening policy at the door where they may ask you to lift up your shirt and show your torso to get in sets the tone for more of a stand-and-pose party with an air of attitude as opposed to the friendly social vibe of Private Party, so if your thing is to “see and be seen” more than social interaction, you might find this party to be more your style. If you attend I recommend you go later in the evening since the sex doesn’t usually really get going until the later hours (as opposed to Private Party which has plenty of sex going pretty much from the start). Also since safe sex is so important to you, be aware that, although NYJP is promoted as a safe sex party, I continue to hear complaints from partygoers that there still is some BB-ing going on in the darker corners (and I’m hearing the main culprits are the ones you would most likely be fooling around with: the 20-something set), so be prepared to stick to your guns at this one. If you have a muscular build, one more party you might want to look into is ASS ACTION FUCK CLUB. They haven’t announced their next party date yet but they usually have them about once a month. Like Private Party and NYJP, the majority of the guys are in their 20s with some guys in their 30s and 40s but everyone is in great shape. This is a much more intimate party then the other two though – it’s usually only about 15 guys – so it offers a different kind of experience where the guys tend to play together more as a group then in pairs or trios. The smaller group means that the hosts can be more selective, so they are now only allowing guys into the club with toned muscular builds. You can find out more about that party at assactionnyc.com.

As for Final Destination, like 20:20, this is a party that I know still exists since I have gotten info from the host of it fairly recently, but I have yet to hear from anyone who has actually been, so this party is a bit of a mystery to me.
