MILK CHOCOLATE PARY (Gramercy & Park Slope). The Manhattan party is held at the Gramercy Duplex or Paddles, Brooklyn party held in Park Slope. According to the host, they screen to invite men of all colors age 21-45 to keep the party hot. 9pm - 1am. They have a number of theme parties from Latino, to Hung Men, to Black Out.

THE CLUB HOUSE ORGIES (West Willage). 8am-1pm. This dude loves theme parties and has a few a week, such as Peak (safe sex), Fusion (wristbands for safe sex), Eruption (not exclusively safe), The XTube Party (which he films for the web), and SIR (for older men and their admirers) – you get the idea. Held in a private apartment. The host (who sometimes participates) describes his party “this is a party for height/weight proportional men over 35. Younger guys come, but they’re usually into older guys. This is an orgy, not a stand & pose cruise party. Racially diverse. A slow night is 15 guys, a busy night is 30. They claim be very selective, but a few guys emailed me about last few Thursday parties which were very mixed: a very few hot guys and a lot of old, out-of-shape guys prowling around after them.
