Review #1. "Evan, I have been reading your reviews of the Testosterone party and how they were being more selective and going for a younger n hotter crowd.... so I figured I'd give it a shot. I am a regular at the jock party and GBU and was hoping for at least a few of those type of guys... boy was I disappointed! I arrived at 11:30 and was #24 so I figured maybe it's gonna be decent.
Walked upstairs to see nothing but old (40's and 50's), unattractive guys having raw, nasty sex....and maybe 2-3 had decent bodies. The average body type was "beer belly guys with saggy pecs. On top of that they were very aggressive, not knowing what no meant and if they didn't do that, would stand right next and stare at you.
I stayed for maybe 45 minutes, hoping that a few hot young guys might show (I was definitely the youngest at 28). The only hot guys were the coat check boys who were allowed to play and I played with the one then left. This whole idea of making you take your shirt off to "screen" is just a charade to make people think there are hot guys attending. The worst $25 I ever spent!"

"I did go to testosterone and will never ever go back to the duplex. On the way in I was stopped on the stairs and asked to take off my shirt. I was welcomed in and sent to the clothes check. Everyone was very nice. In the clothes check I met a youngish guy with a freakishly big cock. It was almost as thick as long. Massive, elephantine. Also a very attractive blasian guy. These were actually the only two guys I played with all night. I stayed for almost two long hours and never were there more than 12 guys, probably less. Two guys in the early 30 and the rest older to older still. I think I was one of the few asked to show their belly or the check-in guy just got bored and went home. This was not private party! I got bored and went home too. The elephant cock and blasian dudes helped me get off before I left. No more. Ever."
Dudes - again -- sorry. I was an absolute fool to believe that anything had changed at the Duplex. The parties there have sucked for years -- and it seems that nothing has improved. Both reviews are exactly how I remember the parties -- so basically old, fat, smelly men who don't take no for an answer. Skip it, and just pick up a few guys on Adam4adam.

Got another bad review this morning for TESTOSTERONE. Friday's party must have sucked more than normal, which is almost hard to believe. Every description I've received sounds exactly like parties were before he said he made the hosts insisted that he had created a stricter door policy. Here;s the new review...

I have attended NYJP and Private Party, the only two parties in the city that have attractive guys who are mostly in good shape like me. I have been to the Duplex for the Testosterone parties in the past, but I stopped going there because if found Test quite disappointing with the unattractive men that are not my type. I am in my 30's, attractive and muscled. I have been reading on your blog that things there have improved, and that they are doing a better job screening. So I decided to give it a try this weekend.
This past Friday ( 8/19) I decided to go to Testosterone at the Duplex, I arrived at about 11:45pm. Upon entry , there were two shirtless guys who made me take off my shirt, and I did. They threw me a nice compliment and let me in. I paid my $25, got undressed and nothing was going on on the main floor. Upstairs, I saw about 15 men, mostly all were way out of shape. I said to myself, here we go again. There were just two guys that I counted that looked good to me. The rest of the participants should never have been let in, totally out of shape and rude, not knowing what the word "no" means. By 12:45 I had had enough and l left. During my one hour visit, I never saw more that 15 guys. This was not a well attended Testosterone party. I will not return, as they dont seem to screen at all and let anyone in to get the revenue they need to survive. If you are looking for good looking, inshape, young and middle aged guys, dont waste your time looking for it at Testosterone. Keep up the good work on your blog."
Again, that was exactly my experience at the parties at the Duplex -- THE OLYMPUS PARTY or TESTOSTERONE -- or whatever the fuck you want to call it -- it sucks. It's amazing to me that the hosts has the balls to charge hot guys $25 to be groped, harassed and generally attacked by disgusting men, who don't bother to take care of their bodies. They are gross, and it's despicable that the host misrepresents his party as he does. Guys, unless you are pathetic and desperate: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

The host of TESTOSTERONE, or as I call it, the FAT OLD GUY PARTY, wrote me that he DOES have a door policy. Here's his response...
"....... it is a strict door on friday, have turned many away from attending, and have told you several times that the friday party will never be a perfect only party, its a mix of average to hot guys, it is a MAN'S PARTY, not a jock party, your "friends" attend expecting what your tastes are and my party is never going to be that ......, just dont mention any of my parties on your blog, never wanted it posted there from the beginning.....you have lots of other parties to advertize, concentrate on those and ignore the parties held at my home......."
REALLY? I've been to the parties -- considering who I've seen him let in, what kind of disgusting hideous trolls is he turning away??? How many 73YO, 5'1", 300lbs, balding. peg-legged midgets are trying to get in? Seriously, "strict door" policy is a load of shit. I get average guys, but I've been to the parties, and that's not what's there -- even pity sex couldn't explain why anyone would touch some of the dudes the host let's in. I will continue to list his events, but really only to warn new readers what they are gong to get there.
